Determined to Make Movies winners announced.
Last year, to celebrate 90 years of the Poppy, Poppyscotland teamed up with the Glasgow City Council, Education Services initiative, ‘Determined to Make Movies’, to work in conjunction with our new film making competition, Moving Stories. The competition invited primary and secondary schools to create a short film that represented their thoughts on the theme ‘90 years of the poppy - then and now, 1921 – 2011.’

New film competition to help pupils mark 90 years of the poppy
Poppyscotland has launched a new short film competition, called Moving Stories, which forms part of the 2011 education project for schools. The theme of the competition is 90 years of the Poppy – then and now – 1921-2011.
