Disclosure Service

The Criminal Conviction Disclosure Service can provide:

• An increased awareness of when a conviction is deemed ‘spent’ or ‘unspent’ under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

• A personalised letter of disclosure.

• Enhanced interview skills and confidence in disclosing details of conviction with prospective employers.

• An awareness of appropriate and inappropriate sectors to approach for employment, depending on the nature of the conviction.
