We provide direct financial assistance to individuals to meet a specific need. 

This can range from household repairs to a mobility scooter, from a respite break to retraining costs and household items to rent arrears.  In addition, we also provide annual grants to over 200 people who have little or no disposable income.  In 2010 we awarded 1360 grants and in total awarded £798,737 in direct financial assistance.
