Unforgotten Forces vacancies

Unforgotten Forces is a collaboration between 16 of the leading organisations supporting older veterans, and their families, in Scotland.  Over the next three years the Unforgotten Forces consortium will deliver a range of new services and enhancements in areas including advice, access to healthcare, social isolation, respite and creative activities and events for those in care settings.  The consortium has been awarded £4 million of funding from the Aged Veterans Fund to undertake this ambitious programme of work. Project Co-ordinator (Play it again SAV), Music in Hospitals & Care
Based in Edinburgh
Part-time: 22.5 hours per week – 3 days, Fixed term until 30th June 2020, extension dependent on funding
£25,000 (pro rata £15,000)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the co-ordination of the Play it again SAV project within the Unforgotten Forces partnership, providing live music opportunities to older veterans within partner venues and in support of their carers and families.
