Pensions Advice Service

The service offers free and confidential advice and representation to any veteran or currently serving member of the Armed Forces, whether a member of Legion Scotland or not, to pursue their possible entitlement to a War Disablement Pension or a claim under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme. Every year around 200 former Service personnel in Scotland are represented at war pensions tribunals by this free service provided by Legion Scotland.
