Every year around 200 former Service personnel in Scotland are represented at war pensions tribunals by the Pensions Advice Service.
The service, provided by Legion Scotland, is free and offers confidential advice and representation to any veteran or currently serving member of the Armed Forces, whether a member of Legion Scotland or not, to pursue their possible entitlement to a War Disablement Pension or a claim under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme.
